How to Read the Sure Bet/Arb page
There is a lot of information on this page to help you find your sure bets (arbs) as quickly as possible. On the left hand side of the page is a list of each sure bet opportunity and on the right hand side of the page is the detail of the highlighted sure bet opportunity.
Note 12 - Each event is in a different color. For example, Tennis is in Blue. Basketball is in purple.
Note 13 - Each sure bet states the market and the period
Note 14 - Time in GMT and date of the event
Note 15 - The average expected % return on the arb opportunity. i.e. if the total bet at both bookies equals 100, you can expect to make 6.19%
The detail of each sure bet is loaded with information.
Note 16 - The Match participants
Note 17 - Market (i.e. 2 way)
Note 18 - Event (i.e. Basketball) and Event detail. i.e. . BACHN CBA. BA = Basketball; CHN = China.
Note 19 - Date and time (gmt)
This section allows you to adjust the bet amount parameters. The default is 100
Note 20, Note 21 - In the above example, the spend was raised to 102 to produce an optimal return for both sides of the arb.
Note 22, Note 23 - You can change the overall at risk up or down and the bets will change at each bookie to maximize the return.
This final section shows the detail of the sure bet which includes:
Note 24 - The teams or results to bet on.
Note 25 - Link to the Bookmakers’ websites
Note 26 - The Bookmakers and odds for the bet
Note 27 - The amount of bet to place and the resulting return of that bet
Note 28 - The bookmaker list is a drop down menu. It is ordered from most favorable odds to least favorable. If for some reason, the odds at the bookmakers are different from what is presented at BetSlayer, it is good to check the next bookmaker on the list. See the above example where Bovada has the best odds but, betxchange will produce a very good return as well.
